Neck Lift Surgery

Have you heard that “the neck is the new face”? But seriously, more women and men are concerned with aging of the neck than ever before. Dr. Fairchild performs a neck lift with platysmal plication to address loose neck skin and muscle, neck bands and loose neck tissue. By addressing the underlying muscle, she lifts the neck, smooths the jowls and defines the jawline leading to a refreshed, more youthful appearance.

Micro Liposculpture

Dr. Fairchild uses this advanced technique, sometimes called “microlipo”, to meticulously refine the face and neck. Traditional liposuction can be too aggressive for delicate facial areas, but in a micro liposculpture procedure, Dr. Fairchild uses tiny incisions and very small cannulas to remove excess fat from the neck, chin, or face. Fat may then be redistributed to the lips or other areas where increased volume is desired. She works millimeter by millimeter to ensure symmetry and natural-looking results.

Eyelid Surgery

If you are concerned about sagging eyelids or stubborn under eye bags, Dr. Fairchild offers customized eyelid surgery to restore a youthful, bright-eyed look. Eyelid surgery, also called blepharoplasty, can renew and refresh the upper or lower eyelids and can also correct ptosis (excess skin on the upper eyelids that interferes with vision).

Infant Ear Molding (Earwell System)
