A mommy makeover is a combination of procedures to help give you back your pre-baby body. While every mommy makeover plan is unique, they often incorporate body contouring procedures to address common concerns such as excess skin on the abdomen, separated abdominal muscles, love handles, and stubborn pockets of excess fat, as well as breast surgery to improve sagging breasts or restore lost breast volume.

What kinds of scars will I have after mommy makeover?
Dr. Fairchild will take care with any incisions to ensure that scars are easily hidden. Incisions for breast surgery are typically hidden within the natural fold of the breast and around the border of the areola, while tummy tuck incisions are placed very low below the bikini line. Dr. Fairchild will also recommend skincare products to speed healing and minimize scarring.
Can I get pregnant after a mommy makeover?
Having a mommy makeover will not prevent you from safely getting pregnant. However, we typically recommend that mommy makeover patients wait to have their surgery until they feel their childbearing plans are complete so they can enjoy their results for as long as possible.
