Meet Dr. Berry Fairchild

Dr. Berry Fairchild is a board-certified plastic surgeon based in Houston, Texas, with 12 years of experience in facial and body rejuvenation. Her work including facelifts, ponytail lifts, and eyelid surgery reflects a precise philosophy: results that restore without erasing, that lift without pulling, that open the eyes without changing the face that lives behind them.

A graduate of the Medical College of Wisconsin, Dr. Fairchild completed her surgical training at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where she earned multiple awards for aptitude in minimally invasive and endoscopic technique. That early instinct for precision found its natural home in facial surgery  and in the ponytail lift specifically, an endoscopic deep plane procedure that repositions the face vertically, producing elevation that reads as youth rather than surgery. She later served as a research resident at MD Anderson Cancer Center and has published across multiple areas of plastic surgery.
